Yep, I'm a firm subscriber to thinking that just because you can't see loads going on doesn't mean that it isn't.

I don't see any Russian football though (obviously) so a lot is based on seeing him for Belgium where I like him a lot.

Oh yeah and from the Russian leagues - Dzagoev is available for 15m, two years younger and IMO anyway a level above Witsel ability wise.

But then again Russians don't exactly travel well...
 
Somebody on another forum said 2 days ago this was off. The same one who said this morning that Lukaku is 50/50.

I'm not overly worried just yet and i agree i can't/won't believe we are sat waiting for these 2 or 3 targets to say yes or no before we move on. I'm fairly optimistic that come the end of the window we will have signed a few players, improved the overall quality of the squad and hopefully made 1 or 2 big signings.
I appreciate optimism isn't aloud on this forum :D
 

Zenit play Ufa on Saturday - that's a return trip of approx 4000km. It will be interesting if he makes the trip - If it was me I'd say no thanks Vlad I'm off to Waltonski.
