Ah good, a young, progressive line up to contribute new ideas 🙈🙈

Need to get someone young and fresh in there with experience of first team coaching. He had Heitinga at West Ham - needs to go and get someone similar now.
Agreed. I don’t mind the names that are doing it but feels like it needs one more younger, attack minded coach in there to balance it out.

It's a mix of experience and youth mate.

Don't see any problem with it.

I'd understand your objections if Baines wasn't in there.

Genuinely believe Blues are looking for absolutely anything jump on now, unbelievably toxic.

Football moves on quickly. Very easy to get left behind. Too much of this whole thing is looking backwards. It's worrying.
Yeah, to be fair to him I think Moyes has kept himself relevant by having those younger coaches like Heitinga or Nolan who can connect to players and the modern game a bit more. And Baines does do that I guess but I’d like one more.

No, if you are an older manager, you need to bring in new ideas. I'm happy to see Baines there, but they need ideas and young blood that actually have some experience. When he was at West Ham he had Heitinga who had managed Ajax's youth team but also had a brief stint as Ajax's manager. We need something similar.

Moyes is a dinosaur, just one that is a few million years ahead of Dyche. We cannot keep being the Premier League team that relies on outdated ideas, systems and models or we won't be a PL team for much longer.

Baines managers in the youth set up and is highly thought of...He's just managed us briefly ha

He's young blood that will have new ideas.

I respect your opinion but I think it's a decent set up personally, we'll have to wait and see how it all pans out.

Yep. Certainly better than the Three Stooges we had before
I think it's nice balance...we sometimes misplace experience for being over the hill.

Coaches like Irvine are students of the game,he'll be at coaching seminar all year round looking at new techniques and ways of coaching.

Just because you've got grey in your hair it doesn't mean you stop being a forward thinking progressive coach...And certainly doesn't mean if you stand on the line with trainers, jeans and a turtle neck you're at the forefront of modern football thinking.

The stakes are incredibly highly here for The club & Moyes so he's not going to being giving jobs to people who he doesn't think can improve us.
