Genuine question - How much on average do backroom staff earn?
A lot (most?) of these managers have the same or almost the same backroom mates follow them round throughout their career. Do the backroom mates get paid by the club or are they part of the managers 'team' and the manager pays them from the holding company they've set up in Cayman Islands to receive their £100,000 per week (minimum), which we know they're all on?
All the backroom mates seem to do is carry a ball round under each arm during training and put the cones out for shuttles. I could do that but not in this weather if it's minimum wage.

Oh didn't know that. That's great, hope he's had a lot of coaching experience in those 4 years.This is from 4 years ago, think he did his UEFA A badges last season iirc

I don’t know all the rules on managing and who can do what and when. But I’d love to see Leighton in some role. It was just really cool the other day from start to post-match. Seeing Bainesy take over in a few years. Maybe that’s just me.
