You would have to say fair play though, could just accept a fee etc if you believed he was just interested in sky rocketing cash, selling assests etc, prob a decent fee as well seeing as the lad isnt pushing for a move.

It's something the club owners and CEO dont bank on: loyalty beyond cash. They cant grasp that not everyone share their ethics of the gutter.

Baines is fast becoming an Everton legend, imo. Usually you have to win stuff (or in Duncan's case terrorize and flatten people) to get that accolade. Baines is one of the best full backs to pull on the Royal Blue and he's got decency in buckets it appears.
