Didn't deliver on Rodgers targets whilst living off what has been achieved in the past few years.
I think the word for it is 'complacency'
His job is to get the club winning within an efficient budget.
Job done.

Those same fickle fans wont give a flying one about that come May when they've landed another title that they can rub Rangers' nose in.He's clearly not doing his job if he's in the fans crosshairs, no?

Don't we all?

A sign of strength in a manager is the ability to delegate functions to those best suited and then to " Lead the Team".
The higher one rises in management the more important this becomes.
The worst kind of manager is one who sits on the shoulders of those who ate in charge of particular sections of work.
Open door policy, regular team and individual meetings are the way to manage efficiently. If one has proper senior management skills one will know from day to day how things are going without constantly looking over the shoulder of members of one's team.
This lady strikes me as displaying the qualities of top level management.
Fans are always moaing. Bottom line is winning trophies. If that's done then they shut up.They will D, and you know it.
Well they made it on a good few occasions in the recent past with him at the helm. But Dave they are in a 1 team league, getting in the CL is their main target every year, something they failed to do this year.
Come on mate, now you're just messing with us.Fans are always moaning. Bottom line is winning trophies. If that's done then they shut up.
I'd rather we had an unpopular but successful CEO rather than a popular one who's a patsy for the clueless carpetbagging owner to pushover.
Well they made it on a good few occasions in the recent past with him at the helm.
But you're happy with a charity worker being the cat's paw of our clueless Iranian.
I totally agree mate and for what it is worth I believe she has shown those qualities. However this is the honeymoon period and you don't know how good a person is until there is a crisis to deal with. Maybe she will be so good we don't ever go through one but only time will tell. With this new structure I would like see the commercial side grow and the stadium development pick up pace. It is these things we can directly compare her to her predecessor and actually judge how great she is.
lolIm not that bothered, the CEO role isnt that important in our current set up.
She turned EITC into the envy of the football world, so she cant be as bad as your making out.
And that cluless Iranian is a self made Billionaire, so I suspect you might possibly have gone full Davek, never go full Davek.
