Beer, revisited

View attachment 34740

My local has started stocking bottles of this, as it's a real ale that can be drunk out of the fridge, as an alternative to lager.

I had a few last night and it's actually alright for a bottled beer.
Tesco regularly sell it as @jal123 mentioned, or at least it's in the Mather Avenue branch.

Had a few of these last night in one of my locals.

10/10.

Beautiful pint.
They make a number of fantastic ales including their Snowdonia Ale, although I've never seen it regularly on cask or at least in the local area.

Fortunately however, whenever we go to North Wales I usually stock up on the stuff.

The Snowdonia is a beautiful pint.

The Gardeners in Vale Rd, have got the Elderflower on and another from the Big Bog Brewery based in Speke. ( didn't have any as the Purple Moose was that good )

next weekend should be fun... Association of Paraguayan Craft and Homebrewers having a Saint Patrick's Day event.

saint pats.webp

The bad news is since doing the Bodebrown Beer Train with about 12 of the brewers, and making friends with about 5-6 more, I've got about 20 different beers to sample. Usually makes for a rough morning after, but if my friends want me to sample the efforts of their labor, who am I to decline?
