I've made elderflower cordial, very nice, in beer, got to be subtle.they sound truly horrific …. elderflower is the poncy'est of poncey type ale I can imagine

Where be this? These craft gose-type beers was only something I had about 3 summers ago (...maybe 2), and I had never heard of the style of beer before then...very good stuff on a hot day.
Dangerous to walking ability and pocketbook...but splendido.
