Had both of those in Hamburg in March. Hamburg has a Hacker-Pschorr bar/microbrewery, delicious.
Having a bottle of this now it's superb.

We're really lucky to be in a bit of a golden age for beers, everywhere you go, almost worldwide now - ace beers, drinking at home - ace beers. I'm going to Malta next week, loads of good craft bars apparently.
If you're in Liverpool or Bristol any weekend, I'm normally to be found in an ale house in one or the other!

Whenever I'm down for a game I head to The Ship and Mitre, great range of beers.
One of the city's very best
Had a few of these last night :
Whistable Bay Pale 3.9% - Shepherds Neame.
Very very nice, quite sweet, almost like a real ale version of Kingfisher.
Would go very well with a curry / spicy food.
Interestingly, Shepherd Neame brew that over here.
