Beer, revisited

You buy some quality beers mate. Sitting here with 2 - Double Joker IPA's and 2 - Long White Clouds for the evening. Having a quiet weekend, then heading to Copenhagen on Sunday afternoon for 4 days of Mikkeller overload...cannot wait. :pint2:
Nice! The beer box is always a total surprise, and some of the best we've had were from brewerys we've not heard of before. We've had a few from Denmark actually.

I saw Longer White Cloud in the shop I went to earlier but it was about 6 quid for a bottle! Is is special stuff? Just had a Beavertown Bloody Ell - really nice ale with an orangey twist!

Saw this in the Guardian the other day, bit of a pastiche on the Brew Dog 'Punk' vibes... thought you guys might appreciate the sentiment

The Longer White Cloud is a Double IPA, think it'll be that price because it's about 10-10.5%. Paid £5 for a half pint of it in Glasgow in December, it was lovely, tho' a tad flat.
That Bloody Ell is bloody lovely.

Mikkeller, Tool, Warpigs and all the lambics... post some pics mate.

Been to a Mad Hatter tap take over and meet the brewer tonight in Nottingham

It's a fantastic (experimental) brewery, its based in Liverpool and said he's a Blue if he had to choose (not from Liverpool). Reason being, the 'gritty, real fans' seem to be Blues 'they care more'.

Try their Tzatziki Sour if you can, its crazy.

I don't normally go for strong stuff, but this is nice for a 6.6% ale.

Flavoured with honey, so it's quite sweet, which helps tone down the fact that it's strong.

Comes in pint bottles, which is a bonus. I shouldn't imaging that you could drink many !
