I dont think enough people give bellew enough credit, I think over the years he's stepped up a level, mainly thanks to Caldwell. He doesn't give in and he does actually for the most part have good technical boxing ability, and usually a good game plan.
I think he knew from the start that haye would tire out, which he did, and was hoping to go in hard on haye which he also tried go do.
He isnt ever going to be the most athletic boxer or the most naturally gifted but at least he goes in with a plan and gives himself a chance.
I hope he gets a big money fight vs Wilder. Would be a difficult fight for him but he'd have half a chance and it'd be a interesting one to see, I do think it'd be a step too far, but why not.
I like the lad too, I know he puts on a show for the cameras but off camera he is meant to be a nice guy, I met him once and he was really nice. Evertonian, and does a fair bit of charity too.
