Dont disagree with any really - hardly surprising BG isn't getting in having never been called up before.
the Trent thing is bizzarre though. As much as he plays for the dark side, he's an excellent footballer.

if TAA - I'd have in any squad of Trippier personally. Just find it odd.

Trippier is a good player who has not let Southgate down. He can also play left back at a push.
It's a nice problem to have I suppose.

He's a good player but still rate TAA higher.
Know he's untested but wouldn't be surprised if he moves into midfield at some point - better than some of the crap England have their.

....I might be in a minority, but I rate TAA & see why he’s so important to the Reds. If you’re a forward, he’ll invariably put the ball right on the button. Terrific striker of a football.

I agree, but there is nowt wrong with the other options either and he has had a ropy season.
...yes, James is excellent & even though Walker was arguably City’s best player in the CL final, I’d have TAA ahead of him. Much depends on how England line-up, I can only imagine Southgate wants better defenders.
.....as I said, I couldn’t see TAA not being in the squad.
