A very good point. I'd be happy enough to take Bendtner but I love Arteta too much to even think about him playing for another English team. A tad irrational, I know, but there you go. I'm a fan not a manager.

Rosicky is crackhead....and if he goes to Liverpool, he will go back to his old self. Bendtner is actually very good and Im shocked why no team has not taken a chance on him, he just doesnt suit Arsenal.
After yesterday I can imagine Arsenal will make your financial worries go away with bids for Arteta and jegielka. i still think Jagielka is better than Cahill and I would bid 25 million for these two and see what Everton says

Any chance your board is trying to pay the stadium off early before releasing serious money for players (at which time you'd be in a great financial position) ?
no...our board have sold their shares to kroenke american business man and they are basically muppets for him now. They have no power and he is only interested in making money. There have been alot of players behind the seen and the board and wenger are at odds, they have been all summer.
If you listen to wenger he always says, I will buy if I found players better than what i already have. What he want is to spend serious money and the club to raise its strict wage structure to attract better players. he wanted to give Nasri big wage for example and the board refused and sold him over his head.
They basically want the club to be run on shoe string and be able to compete for honours. the last 15 years of Wenger. We have sold for more than we bought.....think about it. Sold for more than what we have bought for and where is that money going? Expect to see arsenal fans protest the coming few weeks and Arsenal board will get alot of attention.
Some fans dont see whats happening and say sack wenger and everything will be fine, but its alot deeper than that, even though he's not blameless as well

I think Bendtner would be a great addition to the team, anytime he's been given a decent run in the arsenal team he's done well, he's been reduced to cameo roles on the left wing for the last year or so, he's a confidence player who i think would thrive at being the main man up front for us - he's prone to the odd strop and mistake but that's something that can be easily overcome when you start playing regularly and hitting the back of the net regularly, rosicky ok but we already have 47 midfielders....

Personally think he would do very well for us indeed. He's the right age at 23 and I would think there's a good chance of loan with future fee or instalment payments.
He's not currently a top 4 team striker but well could be in the future as he's young, perfect for us if we could wrap up a deal.
Follow his arrival with Bellamy free/loan deal and also Pedro Leon on loan and that's the wingers and striker we need for very little cost.
Come on Moyes and efc please give us something to get excited about over these last 48 hours or so
