The Brazilian John Oster lolffs he looks about 12 lol
I think Silva is flexible enough to play his best 11 or mould the players to a system that suits the oppositionLet’s say (which I think is more than likely), this kid will be our best player after he signs. Who comes out of the team to make room for him?
I’b be tempted to drop Schneiderlin and put Sigurdsson alongside Gana with Rich, Bernie and Theo behind Tosun. That, however, would be a 4-2-3-1 and I know Silva wants to play a 4-3-3. So do we put Bernard alongside Sigurdson and Gana in the deeper 3 or do we accept that Tosun, Rich, Theo and Bernie are unlikely to play together?
For a player that was sold for 40 m 4 years ago that’s a snipHave I got this right: £10M signing on fee and £120K pw wages?
His agent is a genius if that's anything like correct.
If we have to sell Bernard in a couple of season at a 35-45 million profit because he plays so well the big teams come after him, then life will be good.
No one ever went broke taking a massive profit.
Well Inter Milan wanted him plus other clubs across Europe and I’m sure Shsktar wanted to keep him so there will be no shortage of takers at 20/30/40 mI'm not against the signing. I just ask where the confience lies in this being financially sound. He could easily flop then we're paying a player £6M to stink the place out and he'd want a club to come in and match his wages...which limits him to a handful of elite euro clubs. If he flops here no PL club would pay for him at a big price and pay his wages.
He had Milan and others looking to sign himMy view on these transactions is that we should try and learn from the past: the near past of Koemageddon.
No harm in questioning these immense figures for a player who hasn';t got elite clubs snapping at his heels.
The Samba boys will be wearing blue and white during the match mate. Exciting times ahead.I'm genuinely excited by this transfer window, you can see the marked increase in the quality of player we are going for. When our competition is man u, Chelsea, AC Milan etc then I think it speaks volumes. I'm accepting there will be near misses but I am prepared to suffer if it means we get the players we need. It will take time to convert some of our more negative fans but this was always going to be a baby steps approach.
If we encourage and allow this team to gel rather than getting on the players backs because they misplaced a few passes in the early days then I am convinced we will achieve some great times in the near future.
Some samba girls strutting there stuff during half time would be a nice touch bill oh and samba boys for some

Silva plays 433 or 4231 depending on the oppositionLet’s say (which I think is more than likely), this kid will be our best player after he signs. Who comes out of the team to make room for him?
