my top 3 is new york, barcelona and tokyo they are all good in diff ways tho..

Tokyo is ace but far too confusing for me, great place though

mate I think I spent about 8 hours in there the day before I was supposed to leave, insane place

I was actually staying close to the end of the line at Ueno when I was there, nice park there with loads of museums and galleries but I think nearly every homeless person in Tokyo calls Ueno their ...er.... "home"

haha! me and wife had just got off a ten hour flight then got the train to tokyo station and i was thinking 'right, thank god for that just need to get a taxi from station now...wheres the exit... ARGGHHH THERES MILLIONS OF THEM'

Don't get the fascination with Sydney myself it's very crowded and quite dingy close to the city the cbd, bondi and the blue mountains are nice thought. Melbourne and Perth are much better imo

Barcelona for me. Great museums, great food, great architecture, great beaches, youthful, vibrant, friendly. London would be my second choice.

Salzburg is a lovely city obviously very Mozart centric
Interesting bars, food and a great buzz
Lovely old shops to poke around in
And they brew Steigel beer, yum

but overall new york is just such a great all rounder

My European top three would be Paris, Rome and Berlin
American top three would be New York, San Francisco and Detroit for it's terrific sport
Elsewhere top three would be Moscow, Tokyo and Dubai, simply because Dubai has so damned much to do.

Interesting choice...I can think of 100 or more cities I'd rather visit.

Ah, but that's why I qualified choosing Detroit because all the major sports venues are within a 15 minute walk of each other, so two events in one day is easy to do

I have. I accidentally brushed off a guy on a busy street and he gave me a fearful beating. Head smashed against the floor, a kick to my testicles, kick to the teeth. Everything really. The police did nothing either, the man and his friend (who seemed very intelligent, like top 1%) just walked off in this scenario that never actually happened.

It wasn't a busy street and we didn't walk off.
