Best Player You've Seen Live???

Has to be Messi - Aus vs. Arg in Melbourne a few years back.

Saw Gazza a few times when he was at Rangers and still had something left in the tank, really doesn't count by the time he joined us.

I cannot BELIEVE they put him in the calender on October. Even if the loan had been completed he still wouldnt have been here. What the hell were they thinking. My birthday month aswell. Fuming.

Mine too mate. I've put a picture of Landon over him!

I was there when we beat Man U 1-0, and Dunc scored. He wasn't the best player I'd seen live, but at that moment, it felt like he was the best player in the world.

Haven't seen a lot of big names, the best can think of was Jurgen Klinsmann at White Hart Lane about 94/95? Scored a very decent overhead, we lost 2-1, him and Sheringham took us apart that night. Sheringham blast a pen about 50 rows back though!

Snidey fecker all the same!

Gascoigne, Hoddle and Brady were all great players in their prime. Saw a lttle cameo from Juan Roman Riquelme in a friendly between Boca and Barça in Alicante about 10 or 11 years ago. Luis Figo also played, wasn't a great performance from him on the night but he may have been the best player I've seen in the flesh if we're talking about consistancy over a number of years.

I'll get slammed for this but has to be said that Dalglish was a superb player

Seen messi and ronaldinho both score for barca against seviila in the nou camp a few years ago, at the time goofy was in his prime and was amazing.

Roy Keane loads of times, unbelievable presence on the pitch, you could really see the respect opponents had for him during games, he had an aura about him.

Cristiano Ronaldo, saw him come against Arsenal and completely change a game a few years ago.

&

Juninho Pernambucano, watched him at Lyon take Rennes apart, scoring a trademark free-kick and getting two assists.
