Said it before and I'll say it again, this guy will be a nightmare to play against after having to deal with Dom for an hour and so it proved. I hope Dyche uses him a bit more in the back end of games; came on yesterday and bullied the backline. Don't know why but knew he was going to bag as soon as I saw that the flag stayed down. Had a lot to do but once he gets up to full speed you're not getting the ball off him.

That interview is mint as well, what a geezer

"The love that our fans give me - I just wanted to pay them back for their amazing support".

I hope he hasn't read most of this thread, eh @Eggs ?

….i just saw that video, lovely and genuine sentiments.

i stand by my assessment that he’ll be technically lacking as an out-ball when it’s played into him but put him in behind opposition defenders with a run on goal and he’ll be hard to stop. I think Dyche said pretty much the same, mentioned him ‘playing on the shoulder’.

He’s a back-up and he’s a better option than we’ve had for a while although he was poor at Forest. He’s not the complete package but he wont be found lacking for enthusiasm, I’m not sure I agree with @Zatara who wants to sell him. He’ll get plenty of game time with DCL being fragile, we’ll have to play a bit differently.

Norberto Bercique Gomes Betuncal accepts your apology.

One thing thelwell seems to have gotten more right than wrong is the signings of players with a bit of character.

Tarkowski, Onana, garner, McNeill, Beto , Harrison - they all seem to something about them.

Jury’s out on danjuma. Feels like there’s something going on behind the scenes there with lack of minutes.
In fairness Danjuma is known to be a bit of a diva but I don't think that's it, McNeil is doing very well recently and even if Harrison is a bit hot and cold he's still very effective, especially pressing. I don't think it's much more than Danjuma not being great enough to break up a winning formula, not like he's been great in the minutes he's played in fairness.

He’ll get better, I think in time his game will improve and he’ll become a more “ well-rounded” player. What I do think would help him is a change in formation, I think we’d see more from him if he had more support, if there were more players closer too him than usually just 1.

He done exactly what you said he would be good at doing, running off thr last man. That last touch before he scores is excellent by the way, really brings him in more central.

Don't agree with you, he's good in the air and can flick it on for a runner as well. I do agree his close control isn't great, but I wouldn't say he's so one dimensional that it must be played in behind for him.
