*until August after we've failed to loan him out again in the summer and he's still got two years left on his contract.
Wouldn't mind seeing him and Broja together.

Anyone with a modicum of empathy should feel for him, finally starts a game and then gets overlooked the very next game. Judging by his face on the bench when Broja was going to get minutes he’s not a happy man and rightly so, it’s not good man management to treat players differently

He’s got form for falling out with players
I feel for him but not having it that’s bad management. DCL and broja both did well, we won 4-0, that’s how the game goes. We’re not a charity, he doesn’t get to go and have a game just because he’ll be sad if he doesn’t.
Be interesting to see Beto given a run of games that DCL has been afforded with no goal return
It would but again that’s how football goes isn’t it. DCL is a much better all round player and the manager has obviously decided to keep faith in him rather than giving Beto a run. He’s been slightly unlikely in that sense but on the flip side he just looks like he’s not really suited to the premier league and raw is a pretty kind description.
But DCL is not a goal scorer as such so to continue relying on him is and has proved detrimental to the club
