I know we need strikers.. 3 even. But the fella has hardly a chance. How many full 90 minutes has he had in the prem this season. He's not a great baller. But I'm sure he could slot with some confidence. I could easily have seen him slot if he started that first half v spurs. Brighton was more off a game for Dom.

If he was to start v liecster and we went for it I could see him getting a goal.

We deserve much better but if we don't have a decent striker in by Saturday we have to get behind him.

Doesn’t matter, you can either make those runs or play those passes or you can’t irrespective of the opposition. Watch Beto play with Gerry in Italy and the goals he scored there. Same exact thing, Beto makes the run Gerry can play the pass. Apart from Armstrong the other player in the squad who can play those passes is Lindstrom. One of them has to play in Doucoure role to get best out of Beto

It matters because those runs don’t happen in the Prem. watch half the goals he scored and defenders are moving at half speed or leaving massive gaps. Technique can be sloppy because there’s so much time and space to play in. He’s not a striker that suits the league, it’s that simple.

Beto to Roma...

With DCL and Broja out it is doubtful I think. When DCL is fit Moyes plays him. Beto gone in the summer I would think

He won't leave this window as then you'd need to sign three new strikers just to have decent cover on the bench.

Looks like he will start against Leicester unless we go with NDaiye up top. He has a good chance of scoring against them. My issue with him is apart from bumbling through them like a baby elephant he brings very little else to the team.

Let’s have it right he’s useless.He hasn’t a clue how to press, his movement is terrible and his touch is embarrassing. Add the worst number 10 ( doucoure) behind him and you have a car crash waiting to happen. Moyes wil change that asap

Huge part of the problem this, when he had Armstrong behind him in the cup (who can pass it about a bit) he looked far sharper.
