...... and thats a wrap. Season 6 was absolutely brilliant and for me that was a very good ending. Loved how he accepted Saul Goodman was dead and wanted to live the rest of his days as James McGill.
Spin off series are damn hard to pull off, especially when the TV show before, Breaking Bad, which for me is easily top 3 all time.... but they managed to tell a story which held its own and keep the audience interested for 6 seasons.
Impressive writing from Vince Gilligan, Peter Gould and co.... All good things come to an end.
might end up watching this soon, Breaking Bad did my head in so much near the end, i couldn't handle starting this at the time.
is it very different?

I keep thinking of zoroI thought a few of the most recent episodes were a bit crap but the last one is good.
Lalo is great but can't get past that he looks like Mexican Burt Reynolds.
I thought the future timeline was a brilliant idea. We already know what happened to the breaking bad charactersI was a bit disappointed with the final few episodes. After what was a well paced show, it seemed to just slow to a crawl. I think the problem was they tried to shoehorn in the future scenes to tie up loose ends. It would have been better if they'd just stuck to the timeline before breaking bad.
Jimmy Mcgill is no normal man thoughI still think it was really dumb for Jimmy to just throw away that cushy seven year sentence he worked for himself. Its just not believable. Nobody, no matter how bad they felt about something would just voluntarily throw their life away like that. Anyone who thinks its believable has never spent a single day in prison in their lives. Jimmy going away for the rest of his life is the right outcome but I'm sorry, the way we got there was stupid.
