Betting against Everton, acceptable?

It really depends on your comfort level with saying it's nothing personal, it's strictly business.

Certainly, they have a lot more to play for than we do, especially if the word on the street that City is going to get a pass from CAS is accurate.

....I like a bet but I’d never back against Everton or bet on the Reds. I won’t even back a horse I fancy if it’s got ‘Red’ in its name.
I won 3 weeks wages when Red Handed won the Melbourne Cup years ago.:D

I had a smallish bet on Sunderland in a cup tie a few years ago looking for a bit of compensation if we lost. We won.

Then again, I had a big bet on us - $200 - in the Anfield match when Pickford stuffed up last season. I just fancied us and really, we missed two good chances
early on and should've won.

I do a lot of footy betting. I wanted to lump on danny ings scoring against us midweek.
But i just couldnt do it. Its like the fantasy league team at work. I simply cant put in any liverpool players. If i try and do any of the two above my arm becomes dead and simply wont let me do it.

My go-to is “the shi..” for them, but censorship etc (n)

Tbf I do a big money league with colleagues at work which I’ve won the last 2 years. Business is business!

The only kind of principled blue me! I would never volunteer a bet against us or bet on them.
