Bilingual road signs in Wales

A significant and growing proportion, which is only a good thing.

All of them speak English though and road signs are meant to give useful information for the safety of all, not to keep secrets from certain sections of society ...
Surely most road users know what a road sign means just from looking at it though?

That's what all those funny little symbols on them are for.

What's the beef with Welsh road signs? with the nation up in arms about the 20mph limit, won't it be quicker to get about on horseback from now on?

We don’t need to, we know where we’re going 😂
Reminds me of a story I heard on the radio in Bermuda.

Someone said that they happened to be behind an old friend on a drive into town (about 30 minutes). When they arrived they said to their friend, "I just followed you for about half an hour and you didn't indicate once." Their friend replied, "I've been driving this way into town for over 30 years. If people don't know where I'm going that's their problem."

What am I looking at here? No heavy goods vehicles to to the road on the left. And I can read that in both English and Welsh?

What's the issue? It's not like the sign is just in Welsh.
Someone (English) has clearly sent the wording to be translated into Welsh and received an automated email in return which reads "I'm not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated" and the clever Sais has translated this and put it on the sign.
