hes the club chairman mate and still influential.. Moshiri has him as advisor , and only recently it came to light he was bought back into the team to see out transfers etc etc
Which means Mohsiri has asked him to do it, if so, which means its his fault, you dont buy a car from someone then ask them to drive it, either way its just another example of what a nightmare Moshiri is shaping up to be, his advisor and the man to see out transfers is Brands, the clubs a full on basket case!!
 
He is literally the chairman, of course he’s still involved.
Good, without him I dread to think of the mess Moshiri would make if he was left to it on his own. The Moshiri apologists can blame Bill all they like, but under Bill we never looked this bad having spent 100s of millions and certainly didnt float from one clueless manager to the next

If it wasn’t for Moshiri we would’ve kept Martínez and been in the Championship by 2017.

Speaking as a Moshiri apologist I think its beyond silly to lay any blame on Bills toes for ANYTHING that has happened in the last 3 years.
 


But who would we direct our fume at then? He is the Everton cat.
