Yeah maybe.
Being in the top ten clubs in England more often than not through the entirety of his reign will never be an excuse to have a go at the bloke though.
We all want more, its in a fans nature to do so but when you look what has happened to other clubs who are comparable as us it could have been a hell of a lot worse. I will take a few fantasy quotes in exchange for keeping is up at the right end of the football pyramid.

The anti Kenwright crowd love to either make rubbish up or just it wrong. If you know your history, most of them dont.
mate, Walter Smith skullragged Richard Dunne out of this club for being an absolute piss head who was sending Michael Ball down a very dodgy path.

We spent the lions share of the Rooney money on players; indicating that our finances weren't as bad as what people make out. The Arteta money went straight to the bank; indicating that 10 years of no investment whatsoever had finally caught up with us.
True Blue holdings took control in 1999, Jeffers and Ball were sold in 2001 and Dunne in 2000. This came after promising we don't need to sell our young players.

Something that I find puzzling is that that this latest outbreak of ill informed denigration seems to have been triggered by Kenwright attempting to find a way to help prevent a fellow North West club from going out of existence.
What a mean spirited and self absorbed reason to criticise someone.
Personally I applaud his efforts and so would any other football supporter, regardless of what you think of the man.

He’s been a chairman in the game for over two decades. He knew full well he wouldn’t be able to give Bury £1m due to a contrast of interest.
The only self-absorbed person here is Kenwright. He’s leaked his own story to get some ‘Good Ol’ Bill’ attention.
The man is an egomaniac and has ensured we haven’t progressed one bit in his entire tenure here. He is an utter disgrace and offers us NOTHING.
Anyone who backs him deserves the current state this club is in.

He’s made sure it’s got out, hasn’t he?
He knew the rules. If he wanted to help them so much, he could have sold his shares to Moshiri and bought them.
He is poison to this club. The day he leaves will be a great day in the club’s history.
As I say, if you think Kenwright is in anyway good for this club, you deserve the club we are right now.
