It does irk me. Call it jealousy or anything. But to see our devil pact neighbours do it again and again. Our once great club 28 years since a trophy, them barely 28 minutes. Our lovee chairman can muse over the good times we've had.

The fact Kenwright attends home games without any backlash shows how far standards have fallen. Football is merely a game but it's such a big part of all our lives. I hold him personally responsible for the pain I've had to endure all these years.

I hate doing this but since 1995 that lot have won, four League Cups, three FA Cups, one League Title and are still in the running for a second one, one Uefa Cup/Europa League, and two Champions League titles, and they could potentially win a third one.

At Everton though they best we've managed in that time frame, is one fourth place finish, one FA Cup final defeat, and that 72 point season under Roberto Martinez.

Sure clubs like Leeds Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest have had it worse, but i find Bill Kenwrights claim that we've had good times to be kind of insulting and patronising.

Some people say that Kenwright ain't the problem, that Moshiri is the man to take up our anger with, but i think both Kenwright and Moshiri are an equal partnership.

Both parties can take their equal share of the blame, for how badly this club has been run and mismanaged.

I keep saying it to friends, we have to look at ourselves . It’s all there for everyone to see what we are these days, it can’t be denied.

And to people who keep defending the culture here, defending the decision making and so on. I’ll say this, we have had it your way for decades, it’s clearly not working is it and it raises questions as to what the agenda is, such as , is it purely self interest for you to continue in this manner.

People slate Moshers but the reality is when the PL was formed we should have pushed on and cemented our position like the scab 6 have done with the benefit of FFP/VAR on our side but this fella saw to it that we'll never do anything but make up the numbers in midtable mediocrity forever.

Blokes been an albatross around our necks for decades.
The fat moose sat with Cilla wearing a red rosette in 71 at Wembley. Before Hysel I always hoped Liverpool would win the league or cup if we didn't, but I wouldn't wear a red rosette or scarf. All this boys pen [Poor language removed] and don't forget Hickson his FAV was at Anfield as well. He has ruined our club, we are not relevant any more. Feel for the younger element, I do.

Another season of abject failure for us (and that's the best possible outcome if we manage to avoid the drop) while the RS win trophy after trophy. Most clubs would look internally as to why they constantly fail at EVERYTHING all the time and chase out those responsible for it. Not at Everton though. No, here lifelong losers like Kenwright are hailed as heros by a depressingly large section of the fanbase and the rest of us are given a stern talking to by Mr chairman himself on the "good times" we've had. Part of me feels like we as a club deserve Kenwright, no other fanbase in the world would tolerate and just accept such constant, unceasing failure. Kenwright is obviously not our only problem as a club and he might not even be the biggest but he's a symbol of everything that is wrong with it. We can never go forward or being to heal and rebuild while he remains associated with us. He's like an open wound that's been festering away and rotting for years and years.

The fellah is poison to this club. Might of tried his best but obvious to all he will not let go and is glad to continue as the most unsuccessful Chairman in the Clubs history. He actually thinks the Club cannot run without him and that is what makes him prize A Hole. Just seen him after the Wimbledon Game mop up plaudits as if we had won the league. The man has a super ego and like a Liverpool fan can see no wrong in what has happened to a once massive club

He is just the most obvious manifestation of the same mindset that will see many of our proven failures on the playing staff being championed for contract extensions by swathes of the fanbase come next week and survival.

Instead of competing with our neighbours, many prefer to define us by not being them. Sadly, that means we are defined by failure.

Im too young to really remember 95 that well but I'm told by the arl dar's on here to be happy with making up the numbers every year.

No ambishun mate.

Take it they have won the FA cup then. I did my best to avoid it until morning at least.

I think if we do get safe tomorrow, think there could be lot of angry fans in/outside ground on Thur.
There'll be no introspection/action from Moshiri, Bill, DBB et al, even after years of chaos + negligence.
Without Everton they drift back into obscurity.

I can’t see it myself. Given the track record , the recent superb unity will be used to stamp out any possible “negativity “ and seen as unnecessary.

I could be wrong of course but that is what I suspect will happen.
