But that's my point. If he'd have genuinely put the club up for sale rather than his years long investor search, would we have even heard of Moshiri?
I dunno to be honest, maybe not, but see im all about what is going on now, right now, the only problems we have these days are of Farhad making, I do see your point but mine is Bill going no can not do anything to benefit Everton because it will be over the Farad to replace him, and his recruitment of managers alone tells a story

He is our chairman, but not sure if he should remain so.

There comes a point when new blood is required. He has had a long tenure and in my view he needs to stand aside and let someone else come in.
Exactly.

Even his most ardent supporters can admit its gone utterly stale.

The whole admin side of the club lurches from one shambles to the next.

Jenny needs to put her foot down and relocate him to somewhere sunny.

Where did we finish after selling Rooney?

We had to sell him, Bill turned us, by working closely with David Moyes on stuff like this, into a team that got into Europe on several occasions, to Wembley several times.
Post Bill under Farhad those days out are years away
Moyes got us to Wembley three times, twice in semi finals one of which we lost because Moyes bottled it against Liverpool and the other we won when United played a depleted team and we won on penalties and the first penalty we took, missed by Cahill was the first serious shot on goal after playing 120 minutes and the final we lost against Chelsea.

Mr. Moshiri put half a billion into Everton some of which Billy Boy helped to spend, Billy Boy never put a penny into Everton but took millions out, you’re not daft you know all this but pretend to turn a blind eye to Kenwright’s devious and sly control of the club he apparently loves.

For me that is when we go to the docks, it isnt while we face relegation issues, once we go down there, there will be a lot more work to be done, more then just football, at his age it will be time to move over, but for now the situation is to dangerous to rock the boat that much

We're never going to agree.

I admire your staying power.

You're wrong. But it's admirable :pint2:

Moshiri has failed miserably on all football based decisions and should definitely take a step back from appointing managers and buying players just get professional people in to make those decisions.
Where he has done well is to get the ground to actual construction in an excellent location. If his end game is to build Bmd and then sell the club then so be it.
He has done more for Everton in 6 years than Kenwright has in 20 odd years but that is a very low bar as his positives number nil.
Kenwright would have had us playing in a retail park in Kirby if he had his way.
I still don't know how he managed to manipulate that vote as I didn't know anybody who voted In favour of it.
Bill Kenwright has done nothing for Everton Football Club apart from line his own pockets, he needs to step down and by all means still go the game but pay for his seat like all the rest of us.

You still don't actually seem to understand what the issue is with Bill do you?

Lets explain it again. Moshiri is a numpty, nobody is saying he isn't and he is miles out of his depth in football but all he has done is create a mess on top of the mess that was there in the first place, and before you start with the nonsense the only reason Farhad is involved is because Bill had us tied in with Green and the law were chasing after him and he had to bail out quick sharpish.
The KEY issue with Bill Kenwright (imo) is the years and years of stagnation that have left us so far behind our rivals/peers. The damage caused by it is irrepairable, no amount of money injected or new stadiums are going to change it, then he has got the bare faced gaul to stand there telling fans 'we have had some good times' It's all about Bill and his ego, it always has been.
He understands it perfectly as far as I can see.

Some fans wanted us to spend money we did not have. That's where the main issues came from.

I know plenty. They're amongst the 1000s who applaud his grotesque image whenever it appears on the screen. True devotion.

Some want him named as lifelong president and greatest blue of all time for saving us from the evil clutches of Kopite Johnson.

He's never paying for a ticket in his life. He'll be telling tales of the good times we shared until he leaves this earth.

What a guy!

LOL.

Thanks for the Benitez-style FACT analysis.
Although most of these are either opinions or just lies.
Just saying.

“The only problem with all the villagers being eaten by this wolf is this ravenous wolf I brought into the village six years ago. You can’t blame me. I’d only known the wolf for 18 months and decided to bring him here. I’m completely blameless.” - The Parable of Bill the lying Impresario - Book of Kenwright verse 4 chapter 12.

There are sections of our fan base that are quite happy with mediocrity as long as they maintain there cosy little group all sitting together.
I had a season ticket one year in the upper Bullens ( for a change) and I felt like I was gatecrashing a family party , sandwiches were being passed over my head and to my left and right.

As strange posts go, that's up there with the strangest. Have you got something against sandwiches? Do they lead to mediocrity?
