I think that's fair comment. Change has been needed for a while. I don't however think he is the devil unlike some people who have a proper unhealthy obsession with him.I think he's been well below average. But even if you believe he has been neither good nor bad, surely there comes a time when a change is beneficial. I feel like even the best people in roles have a lifespan in those positions. I don't understand how he still thinks he's helping the club by remaining in post. It really baffles me.
I'm not even sure I know what I want that change to be though. I don't want to be some Saudi royalty play thing or an advertising arm of some oil magnate or anything like that. At the same time I don't want us to be dull as dishwater doing nothing of note every year. Sadly I don't think there is a way to be good without selling our souls. Then again we lost our soul last summer anyway...
