2024-2025 Season. Stadium has been mothballed and we are starting our first season in league 1

Fan action works. I am not saying that it is the only thing that works but it is 100% a factor. Apathy like this is also a factor of why we are in the position we are in, and whilst, at the moment, we are in a lot of trouble for the new season. We need consistent action and protest so the people at the top know that this isn't good enough and wont be tolerated.

It's also the exact opposite of what Jimmy did until we hired an Iberian slug. Bizarrely, the signing of a washed up koppite was the moment that Jimmy saw the light and became an unquestioning company man where it comes to Everton. Obviously, he'd been doing that for the Lineker's bar chain and Monster energy drink company for considerably longer.

Why label it as crying?

I would say there are two forms of disharmony at present.

1. Those who are not happy with the clubs position in recent seasons (myself) but acknowledge unless I have £1 billion to buy the club I have little power so just get behind the club and treat it like the past time it should be.

2. The fanatical haters who think the rest of us want to listen to their moaning and crying 24/7, the ones putting bed sheets or spray painting Goodison every time they disagree with a managerial appointment, signing or league campaign.

Its no good for folks mental health to surround themselves with such negativity when they have little to no control over how the club is run.

If we go into administration or are subject to some leveraged buyout by some cowboys or manchester bedsit then fair enough thats different as its the clubs existence at stake but at present we're a PL club recovering from years of overspending trying to push for glory.

It sucks but we're still here and will go again in the coming seasons so get behind Thellwell, Lampard and Moshiri and lets replicate the atmosphere of the end of last season and who knows maybe we'll win more games the less we boo?

Moshiri and Bill will only be going when either of them are ready, and its no time soon, we have to accept this and focus on the one thing we can do, support the players in a positive way

Well , I’ll say this to you, for all the years we have stunk and have done nothing of any significance, how many planned protests have their been in that time? There will never be a right time to protest to some and we both know it, I’d have some respect for them if they admitted it honestly that they don’t want it any time rather saying “now is not the time”. They give themselves away by always pigeon holing any talk of one.

People are behind the team and people are doing this because they clearly see the dreadful mismanagement and delusion that has turned the club into a archaic also ran. It’s all there to see! They are not doing it to put the club further in the crap.

What gets me is if this was other clubs, people would feel a hell of a lot different here and you know it, mockery comes to mind.

Just listened to whole of it and to be honest there is nothing in it that many of us didn't already know but it makes me extremely angry all the same.
How have we let this charleton destroy our club ?
Why has the local press who are supposed to represent the city and its people just been complicit in letting this cretin get away with it without ever questioning him?
If the club ever decide to name a stand after him there should be uproar and I for one will not be buying a ticket for a stand with his name on it.

Protests have come a decade too late as Kenwright has held onto the club too long and we've now missed the boat in terms of the elite sides.

The change you should want is for us to go from a team that hasn’t won anything for nearly 3 decades to a team that wins somethin quite simple really , goin off your comments though it doesn’t sound like your bothered either way , what’s the point in supporting us then ?

Yup, a question seldom asked whilst demanding "everyone out!". I've no idea who we'll end up with next, but it wont be a lifelong billionaire blue born 5 miles down the road. How much of the fan base would be happy if we had an oil state or asset-focused yank hedge fund group owning us?!
