I think the fact we’ve been in the PL the whole time is an achievement. I know that won’t be a popular view, but when you consider the other 5 teams who’ve done that have also played in a Champions League Final (and we haven’t played in the group stage) it’s an indication we’ve been punching, especially when we were skint for 20 years. A local businessman bought the club (what used to happen in every town/city) at a time when there wasn’t any Americans queueing up to buy it, so good luck to him for making a tidy profit. Supporters were demanding investment for years and he sold to somebody who put up more money for transfers than we could’ve dreamed of, and is building a brilliant stadium in a great location.

Yep your right I agree…..it isn’t a popular view!

Everton chairman Bill Kenwright said earlier this year: "One very famous football club said to me two or three days ago 'whenever we have a problem we say 'what would the Everton board do because they always get it right?'"

Apparently, football existed before 1992.

I was in the same thoughts, but until I found out he shut out Sasha who wanted to grow the club globally, to grow the club into a major sports team, made the guy resign just so he could be some sort of local hero to Everton made me think wtf.

I didn't think he had any control since the takeover but with a tiny board that's just puppets for him their just be something going on.

Moshiri has put the money in but it means nothing if he's the one controlling the club.

That’s another thing, people saying how useless he is, but apparently sold his shares at a massive profit to Moshiri whilst retaining complete control at the same time. That’s like selling your house but convincing the buyer to let you continue living in it. That’s genius stuff, talent we should be retaining!
