Was it ever right since John Moores? We have had Kendall and Moyes paper over a club that descended from the big five to clinging on by its fingertips. We helped form the PL and failed to get to grips with it.

No such thing as a jinx perhaps but definitely evidence for good leaders /generals increasing moral in the workplace/ on the battlefield much like bad leaders / bad attitudes have the exact opposite effect.
