His legacy is getting more impressive by the day. Takes 20 years to find investment - not a sale - then finds the only person inept enough to entrust completely the wrong people with over £500 of transfer money and simultaneously keep himself in a job.

Moshiri being the best buyer available is as believable as strikers not being available to improve our front line in January.

It's no saving grace or consolation of course, but I'm mildly happy that the likes of Kenwright and Moshiri are currently sat watching their investment go down the pan and become less and less valuable as the days pass. We fans don't deserve this happening, but those in charge 100% deserve relegation and humiliation.

We had one lined up in Danjuma, the board cannot be blamed for his u turn but they can be blamed for waiting so long, probably trying to save on wages and then being left around thereafter in a panic with options similar to what we have now.

They could've waited till he'd signed on the dotted line before sacking Lampard
Exactly this, inept shower of clueless wasters. They’d waited long enough to bullet Frank, what was a few more days??!!

That deadline day was criminal though, and they’ve even got some fans believing that absolutely no attacking player was available for us to sign…..laughable.

"There were no players out there who could improve on what we've already got"

The exact words of Everton FC Board of Directors shill Mr Sean Dyche.

I don't really blame him... I'd say anything if somebody was prepared to pay me about £100k a week like he's on, but he's sickening to hear it when even he knows it couldn't be any further from the truth.

When your forward line is Ellis Simms and Neal Maupay, even a regular League One striker is a major improvement. Somebody like a Lee Trundle in his prime would be an absolutely massive step up from what we've got.

Yet we couldn't get a single deal over the line.

Again, nothing really against Dyche, but maybe he could have worded it differently because nobody in their right mind believes that and it puts him right in bed with the rest of the leeches. Unwise from him.

Not really, I strongly believe (have done for a while) that a lot more of our fanbase need to take the time out and learn/read about how bad our finances actually are. We run at 90%+ of our turnover going on wages, that number needs to be between 60-70% for a club like ours. We are an absolute basket case and things are probably a lot worse than people actually realise. We were never going to sign anyone as we have no money and the business makes no money. The Gordon money was just keeping the lights on and payed off Lampard and co.

If he had any respect for the fans and the traditions of the club, he would hold his hands up and say this is not good enough, he has not done a good enough job, and that he will be standing down following the final game of the season.

How can he possibly think he is doing a good job.
Massive arrogance and a huge I'm-better-than-you attitude that makes him feel like it's his playset and he'll do with it what he wants.

I’m not saying we’re not skint, and the wages to turnover has been a ticking time bomb waiting to explode (all on this owners and boards watch), but I cannot accept how the club have managed the last couple of transfer windows, especially January.

There were players we could have signed, just to freshen things up. Maybe not world class, but hungry players from the lower leagues would be miles better than the nothing we got.

The Gordon money wasn’t just for keeping the lights on and paying off Fronk - its gone straight into uncle uzzys arse bin pocket.

I agree mate - can’t really have a go at Dyche but I didn’t like it, he’s gotta do what he’s gotta do with regards his new employers, but it sounded bunkum at the time and we know it is.

Same with Dyches comments about him helping in reconnecting the fans and board - that ship has sailed long before he got here, just leave it alone and do your best sorting the clusterfudge out on the pitch. The fans will be here long after this owner and board have buggered off.

Whilst this club collapses and on route to the Championship under his lousy long-term 'Chairmanship', this useless prick gets wheeled out by the club to do an interview giving platitudes to the now sadly departed John Motson.

What a total embarrassment he continues to be. Get the F out of our club you narcissistic complete fraud.
that’s all he’s good for obituaries to ex players etc

It's not about "world class" It's the most overused term in the game I could honestly count the number of genuine world class players on 2 hands and very few play in this league. We seriously have no money and just can't put pressure on the club especially with the possible threat of relegation on our hands. We were never signing anyone imo. I get that it's frustrating but it's been a managed decline over a number of years.
