Bill Kenwright

His legacy is getting more impressive by the day. Takes 20 years to find investment - not a sale - then finds the only person inept enough to entrust completely the wrong people with over £500 of transfer money and simultaneously keep himself in a job.

Moshiri being the best buyer available is as believable as strikers not being available to improve our front line in January.

It's no saving grace or consolation of course, but I'm mildly happy that the likes of Kenwright and Moshiri are currently sat watching their investment go down the pan and become less and less valuable as the days pass. We fans don't deserve this happening, but those in charge 100% deserve relegation and humiliation.
Kenwright is hardly affected by the decline of the club, he has already banked the thick end of 40 million that won't change.
He now holds 1.3 % of the shares which is 1750 shares.
If the current value of a share is about 4 grand and it dropped to 2 grand a share his shares will be worth 3,500,000 against 7 million now which is not going to hurt him that badly considering the profit he has already made.
Add to that he is taking close on a million a year in wages he won't need to go to the food bank anytime soon.

I'm thinking more in terms of Kenwright desperately wanting to be the hero who takes Everton into their new stadium. The man who facilitated it all, no doubt with one of the stands named in his honour. Us getting relegated this season reduces the likelihood of that happening as he'll surely be turfed out in shame / the board accepts a full takeover offer and they're all out. It's unlikely, with this squad, that we'll get anywhere near to automatic promotion at the first attempt, so is Moshiri really in it for the long haul?

We can't forget that this man shoe horned himself into the Hall Of Fame alongside Dean, Ball, Hickson, Labone, Young et al.

Once we're rid of him, that has to be next!

I remember several of us kicking off about it on Kipper at the time and getting pelters for it.

Wherever BillyBullens is I hope he's well; he got it worse than most.

How/why can a Hall of Fame be full?

Its like Madame Tussards saying there will be no new waxworks made cos no one will be famous enough anymore.

Crazy isn't it!

I mean, close off a Hall Of Fame immediately after being inducted, what possible cause could that serve {/sarcasm}?
