There are clear legal requirements regarding company ownership and shadow directors.
Why would Kenwright hide the fact that Green was the owner of Everton if everything was above board?
I knew about it years ago because I was Green’s guest in the Everton Boardroom but Billy Liar never told or admitted it to the authorities so he obviously had something to hide.
Kenwright has been an insidious virus within Everton Football Club since he arrived on the board in 1989 so he has undoubtedly damaged the club. He failed to find a buyer for the club despite his alleged 24/7 search until Philip Green had to recover his money at short notice…funny that.

If he had done something illegal you can be certain he would of been found out, dodgy maybe, shady perhaps, illegal no chance.

He didnt though, this is real damage now, Everton will go out of the Premier League, that's looking certain if not this season then next, but under his ownership we regularly came top 6

Yeah because Green wanted it sold then but didn't in the past, like that nonsense about the City owners, that was never going to happen because green wasn't in need of his money then

So if Moshiri is responsible for the alleged demise of Everton under Kenwright’s Chairmanship since 2016 then,using your logic, Philip Green must be responsible for Everton’s “greatness”in the noughties and not Chairman Bill.
He has been bankrolled by the Greggs,Philip Green and Moshiri since 1999 but according to you he has no influence so what the hell is he doing as Chairman or remaining on the board?
At some point you are going to have to admit that Kenwright is culpable because your continuing defence of him has more holes than Rigsby’s string vest.

Actually just one person, the outgoing manager and his name was Walter Smith. Kenwright doesn’t have anyone near him that has a brain or that could convince him that he wasn’t right, he’s a megalomaniac narcissist it’s better to surround yourself with sycophants to keep up the charade of how good you are.

I admit nothing of the sort, only you're continual spiral into lunacy. The sooner Kenwrights gone the better as far as I'm concerned, he's hung around far too long like a bad smell that won't go away, good that you admitted earlier that Kenwrights done some shady dealings with Green and you're fine with that, just goes to show the kind of person you are. He's lied continually to our fans, got us into debt way above his head, two failed ground moves and no trophies, what a legacy, you must be so proud Jenny.
