Moshiris mistake, unfortunately some people think he hasn't made any.You know Moshiri is an absent owner, so in his absence Bill and the board run the club, so they are totally responsible, you know this. Moshiri's mistake was not getting a responsible, professional Chairman, CEO and board in from the beginning. But it is like talking to a brick wall.
But you are also exonerating Moshiri from blame....
I agree, really winds me up he sold to him, it was just all bad timing and he an Usmanov took advantage of our plightWe ? You mean Billy BS of course. HE was the one that blundered by selling the club to an Iranian accountant backed by a Uzbek oligarch, and look at the mess it's got us into.
Everything, and I mean everything that's wrong at Everton Football Club, is linked to him.
So at least you accept its Moshiris fault. No we are not at all, we are blaming Moshiri for keeping that incompetent idiot Kenwright and allowing him to run the club into the ground. You must be so proud Jenny.
I think Moshiri is to blame, Bill is to blame and DBB is to blame and in an unofficial capacity Usmanov is to blame. I don’t bla,e Sharp, he’s just hangs around as it beats working for a living and Grant Ingles is a ten a penny Director. That is the whole of the moon my friend, but you just seem to see the crescent which is MoshiriWell not really, but you have to.look at the full picture, not just one small piece.
It's everyone's fault. So at least you accept its Moshiris fault.
I agree, especially about Sharp.I think Moshiri is to blame, Bill is to blame and DBB is to blame and in an unofficial capacity Usmanov is to blame. I just hope something can be done to.fix it, maybe we need the powers that be to fully get to the bottom of everything, because if they don't and we just get a slap on the wrist nothing will change. It's everyone's fault.
Whilst I don’t blame Sharp genuinely, I think people become pissed off because as a former player whose allegiance should have been with the fans, his comments on previous protests have been demeaning, and I’m afraid in the current climate he is either with the fans or the board, and he has shown where is loyalties lies so he therefore becomes guilty by associationI agree, especially about Sharp.
The the thing is with Sharp he never should of got involved with that side of the club, it's bizzare, I can't think of too many ex players who get involved with boards. He is a player, a sportsman, he would of been better doing his time as a coach.Whilst I don’t blame Sharp genuinely, I think people become pissed off because as a former player whose allegiance should have been with the fans, his comments on previous protests have been demeaning, and I’m afraid in the current climate he is either with the fans or the board, and he has shown where is loyalties lies so he therefore becomes guilty by association
you could argue he dragged Farhad in to this mess.Yeah in away I guess he does, Farhad is going to drag him into the mess, it's a real shame he didn't resign earlier
Pretty much money for nothing. Some board meetings where his only remit is to agree with Bill, do a little bit of press but now he doesn't even have to do that. The the thing is with Sharp he never should of got involved with that side of the club, it's bizzare, I can't think of too many ex players who get involved with boards. Disastrous move from him really
It tends to be more of a European (certainly Italian) club trait, there are a few former players I can think of that were on Boards but in an exec capacity, e.g. Pavel Nedved at Juve, and more recently here, Petr Czech at Chelsea and Edu at Arsenal, but he doesn’t even have a specific Directorial title. The description is that he helps shape footballing strategy……well that’s not worked out too well!! Particularly if we have a separate DoF and ask Tim Cahill to advise when appointing managers. The the thing is with Sharp he never should of got involved with that side of the club, it's bizzare, I can't think of too many ex players who get involved with boards. And what's that?He does what Moshiri wants him to do, what he allows him to do, as I've said for months though, no way is he going to fix this mess, which is why I want him to step aside.
