so the chairman bears no responsibility for breaching FFP rules?
No I'm sure he is aware to an extent, but put it this way, let's say he resigned five years ago, Moshiri would only replace him with a full on enabler, he is responsible for how he runs his club, and who works for it.Do you think Bill, in his position on the Board as Chairman, is unaware of the accounts which are in a mess?
And the owner, who has created this mess is not responsible?Of course he does.
The chairman role is to ensure the overall direction of the business is ethical and aimed at maximising shareholder value.
Carlin will never admit it tho.
And the owner, who has created this mess is not responsible?
Yeah in away I guess he does, Farhad is going to drag him into the mess, it's a real shame he didn't resign earlierso the chairman bears no responsibility for breaching FFP rules?
You never answered my question but yes the owner is clearly responsible to some degree….the buck stops with him. Do you think that Bill is in som way responsible being that he sat on the Board? And the owner, who has created this mess is not responsible?
And the owner, who has created this mess is not responsible?
And there is your problem, he has had participation in the day to day running, Arsenal were right to shut him out, but we blundered, but the problem we had was he had all the power and say, down at Arsenal he didn't have any influenceStrictly speaking no.
The owner of a business could be me and I have absolutely zero participation in the day to day activity.

And what if it goes that deep it picks up big billy b/s and Pip Green, FSF and every other greasy trick that he 'enabled'.No I'm sure he is aware to an extent, but put it this way, let's say he resigned five years ago, Moshiri would only replace him with a full on enabler, he is responsible for how he runs his club, and who works for it.
I said several times last year how it wouldn't suprise me one day to see a panorama type programme investing Usmanov and Farhad sport washing, one day it will come, like the one last year about Chelsea owner, they need to be proper investigated, much deeper then this stuff today.
Yeah of course he is, don't be daft, but the issue is if it wasn't him on the board Farhad would only of replaced him with one of his people, so we would be much deeper in a hole then we already are.You never answered my question but yes the owner is clearly responsible to some degree….the buck stops with him. Do you think that Bill is in som way responsible being that he sat on the Board?
That’s my view, as it is with most businesses…just interested to hear what @4737carlin thought.Farhad may be accountable as owner.
But BK et Al would be responsible.
Farhad will maybe have a call about the club once a month or so.
I have to say that’s the richest, cheekiest statement I have seen in here….give your head a wobbleYeah of course he is, don't be daft, but the issue is if it wasn't him on the board Farhad would only of replaced him with one of his people, so we would be much deeper in a hole then we already are.
