I defo did when he was majority shareholder, I’d never say otherwise, but it was a different context. I’d still give him credit for a few things.
However nothing is absolute - he’s stayed far to long - for I think reasons of self interest and ego.
As Chairman under Moshiri, I think he’s now a patsy and modern football has passed him by and it’s time to go - Bill however I think is only part of the problem and all of this angst is pulling punches - the big issue is Moshiri and the collective dynamic, Bills is a patsy and easy prey - not that his performances as chairman post doesn't deserve accountability. It does - he’s one of the highest paid directors in the league as such his performence has to be reviewed annually - it’s been awful. But he ran the club like a jockeys backside up to that, the change agent was Moshiri.
He should have left in 2016.

What was the turning point for me was during COVID and Denise Barrett Baxendale getting the "business awards". I was aware what was going on behind the scenes at the time with the Premier League. It was the summer we signed two players for £1.7 million.
It was the revelation for me in terms of how Bill Kenwright and Denise Barrett Baxendale behave.
You'd have to be blind not to see just how badly the club has been mismanaged at this point
This podcast episode also only galvanised me. It made me determined to force Bill Kenwright and Denise Barrett Baxendale out

I’m not sure about that….I know it wouldn’t get to me. On the one hand we say the players don’t care when they are crap…”they’re lazy”,…”they don’t care about the shirt”…blah blah…..and then on the other we say they are distracted or effected by divisions between the fan base and the board….there is a contradiction there in my opinion

I didn’t think at the time that they ‘raped’ the club as he claimed at the time, that was overly dramatic from the Luvvie. I think they could have just gone about the situation better, that’s what turned fans against them, I never had an issue with their stances as such more the leaking the interview without club permission as much as what was said needed to be heard

I think the podcast quoted above gave in very simple terms how Bill Kenwright and Denise Barrett Baxendale misuse and abuse media
Podcasts were not as big as they are now 10 years later. Things like Spotify and so on make things so much more accessible
Bill Kenwright was fighting a war like he had with Blue Union. But #AllTogetherNow and NSNOW are bigger and the Kenwright tactics haven't worked
