Bill Kenwright

Kenwright will need a sophisticated PR strategy to reintegrate with Evertonians after this debacle.

I reckon by August, he’ll have rebranded himself as ‘Uncle Bill’, and he’ll have a column in the match day programme where he literally signs off ‘Uncle Bill’.

By Christmas, he’ll be co-hosting a show on Evert’ns YouTube channel with Darren Griffiths. On the show, Uncle Bill will be asked softball questions by Griffiths about the latest Everton happenings. The studio will be full of diverse ‘Everton supporters’. The main segment on the show will be Evertonians who write in and express their Everton hopes and wishes to Uncle Bill. He’ll reply with sickly sweet, cringey agreement and will round off the show with an anecdote from his time as ‘Custodian of Everton’.

Bill will fix it ? Sounds familiar..where have I heard that before ?

If I were Bill, I’d keep my head down all season, and if by some miracle we end up being competitive and actually win the league, I’d make sure I’m front and centre on the parade bus, showing off the trophy and pointing to people in the crowd, waving and giving the thumbs up.

I’d even drive the bus for half a mile with a flat cap on at a jaunty angle for a photo opportunity and to add some extra colour to the North West Tonight interview.

Already got our bus driver sorted mate, some fella called Richard Arlison said he wanted to do it

One of these groups is going to take a minority stake or take over Everton in the next few weeks. I imagine there is 2 provisional deals, one for if we stay up and one for if we go down. That 777 group have stakes in football clubs that are generally successful. They must see a way of making a success out of Everton. I get the argument about them wanting a return on their investment, and that feels like they don’t ‘get the club’, but the only way they’ll make a return is by running the club well and making good business decisions and putting in place a good football management structure. Moshiri has thrown money at us and we’ve regressed year after year. Time for some grown ups to come in and actually run us like a business.

Is he that deluded he doesn't know hoe hated he is? Sincerely hope he is never able to return to the club in any shape or form.

Go on bill, fake some more health issues.

he'll return like a Roman Emperor, to take full credit on opening night at the new stadium, carried in by Carlin on a Royal Litter, surrounded by a legion of bodyguards, for his own safety of course. Good times as we battle uphill for a draw, which we would have snatched if not for that backstabbing swine Tom Cannon completing his hatrick for Preston near the end.

Not a chance he comes within a mile of Goodison or BMD again after he oversees our relegation.

He wanted to stick around to claim credit if things went well after the takeover when all he has done is confirm that he knows zilch about running a successful football club.

I remember the police doing fake security runs at the Youth cup final at goodison incase something went on with peter johnson, can't tell me the anger isn't similar now.

Mad thing is, all their fake little games and empty seat nonsense has made it all worse for themselves

I’ll hazard guess that he has not reached the bottom of the barrel yet

Then he’s more arrogant and misguided than he already appears to be. He will risk some loon having a go at him and that’s no good for anyone.
That is a big fear of mine. As much as I can't stand Kenwright I wish him no harm (or illness). If we go down, emotions will be running high and God knows we have a few hot heads. Hopefully, we stay up and he either walks away or is removed.

Yes, maybe time to move away from the 'peoples club' and be more like a commercial club with people who actually know how to run a commercial club and dont mess everything they touch up. Only way to be succesful these days.
