Ordinarily he would have been relieved of his duties within a day of that ill advised (not that he listens I expect) Document being released to the media.

It would appear that Moshiri does not particularly care and is stuck with a Kenright as a proxy for the last 5 years. Will this continue if Bill continues to bite the hand that feeds ? I sure hope not
