Maybe they are not at the club yet.Is there a reason the multimillionaires you name above cant scrape the 6m together and get rid of him?
One of them is stuck in a submarine..Is there a reason the multimillionaires you name above cant scrape the 6m together and get rid of him?
It does make me question the sanity of Andy Bell already chucking his 40m into the pot for Moshiris stadium fund without the massive turd being flushed first. We all want better and to start on the road to getting better, MSP/Andy Bell/George Downing/we all need remove the road block that Moshiri appears either incapable of or unwilling to act strongly upon at present.
He's not obliged to sell them, he can take his shares to his grave if he wants to.Is there a reason the multimillionaires you name above cant scrape the 6m together and get rid of him?
Maybe it’s his free meals for life clause that he won’t give away.Is there a reason the multimillionaires you name above cant scrape the 6m together and get rid of him?
If he talks to his doctor it will be clear the last thing he needs is free meals.Maybe it’s his free meals for life clause that he won’t give away.
He wouldn't.I confess I haven't listened to the podcast, is anyone able to summarise why this is being floated as an idea?
His shares make up 1.3% of the club - and he doesn't own them to make money. He owns them because he enjoys the status of being an Everton shareholder. The same reason he wants to be Chairman.
Why would he countenance selling them to fans who (rightly) want him out?
Thanks for summing that up.He wouldn't.
But the gist of the idea floated in the pod (as I understood it) was to get support of the idea and present it to him as a way to offload his shares. If he refused it wouldn't look good on Kenwright, he'd be digging in for the long battle.
I really like it as an idea, but Kenwright has hide thicker than a Rhino so I'm not sure how fussed he'd be. So long as he has a few friends in the media and around the club telling him he's a credit to Everton etc he'll be happy.
