Kenwright can cause a lot of problems though, and give an airing to things that could cause damage. This is him using his leverage, as expected, to cling on.There is nothing to prevent Moshiri from simply removing him as Chairman regardless of Kenwrights shares. Theres nothing that says anything of that sort.

Isn't there an issue with the final member of the board resigning/leaving?
Something like once that happens a new director needs to be appointed within a certain time and if not the company will be struck off?
No idea if that applies to the madness of football clubs.
Is he even the last one left? I genuinely have no idea.

Yes, absolutely! Doesn't make our situation any rosier though.Again something like you, "I've heard" that you need at least three directors in situ to be able to run a football club. If that is true why have the football authorities not been onto us to fill these positions, so you know we can actually act like a proper football club again. We have had three weeks gone after scraping to stay in the premier league on the final day, we have lost a handful of players, Begovic, Coady, Mina, Vinagre, others such as Davies are up in the air. Up to now we are even weaker than last Season, 3 of our 4 Directors have walked out, Our hated Chairman is I think in Limbo and we have an ffp hearing to decide if we are docked points of fined, we don't know. We have a ground that has not been fully funded and are supposedly in the midst of agreeing a deal with an investor for funding. We are totally in the dark because the head of comms Prentice refuses to talk to us and up to today we are led to believe there is no money to improve the squad and of course not a signing to be seen, what an almighty shambles. Has any team in this Planet been worse run than this ? Moshiri, Kenwright and the absent board, if you are reading this you are absolutely pathetic.

Moshiri has no idea what he is doing, never has. I have always felt his heart was in the right place but his brain not so much.
