Isn't there an issue with the final member of the board resigning/leaving?
Something like once that happens a new director needs to be appointed within a certain time and if not the company will be struck off?

Yes he is the last one left, and there are many options, interim board, AJ Bell and the other fella which was reported weeks ago. There’s a lot more to this.

Like, I'm not saying do it, but crowd funding maybe 20k and paying some serious people(wink wink) to encourage him to leave would be a lot cheaper than buying him out.
Again something like you, "I've heard" that you need at least three directors in situ to be able to run a football club. If that is true why have the football authorities not been onto us to fill these positions, so you know we can actually act like a proper football club again. We have had three weeks gone after scraping to stay in the premier league on the final day, we have lost a handful of players, Begovic, Coady, Mina, Vinagre, others such as Davies are up in the air. Up to now we are even weaker than last Season, 3 of our 4 Directors have walked out, Our hated Chairman is I think in Limbo and we have an ffp hearing to decide if we are docked points of fined, we don't know. We have a ground that has not been fully funded and are supposedly in the midst of agreeing a deal with an investor for funding. We are totally in the dark because the head of comms Prentice refuses to talk to us and up to today we are led to believe there is no money to improve the squad and of course not a signing to be seen, what an almighty shambles. Has any team in this Planet been worse run than this ? Moshiri, Kenwright and the absent board, if you are reading this you are absolutely pathetic.

Moshiri has no idea what he is doing, never has. I have always felt his heart was in the right place but his brain not so much.
I agree but, I would hope you include our Chairman ex CEO and other 2 Directors in this chaos. Most years we seem to wait until the final week/ days of the transfer window to get what's left, usually the dregs. Last couple of years we have failed to obtain the most priceless commodity we were supposed to be looking for - a striker, I won't count Maupay an utter failure and terrible signing. This can't happen seemingly until we have a new Chairman, CEO an Directors in place. Get a move on Moshiri/ MSP whoever.
