Bill Kenwright

Dave this is all Kenwright and Moshiri causing problems....MSP will have agreed a price with Moshiri for his shares and rightly so won't want to become embroiled in the circus that is The Bill and Mosh show.

Then we have a huge problem this summer.

If that boardroom isn't sorted out then there's no decision making going on.

Do MSP want to buy a 1/4 of an asset with diminishing value?

They're ambitions seem very limited at Everton.

That Kenwright is still here and not been blown off like the barnacle he is underlines my fears about the nature of this takeover.

Pay him out and GTF on with it if that's what they're intent on doing.

MSP own stakes in numerous football clubs in europe and have invested little in all of them.

They're here to make a quick buck on the stadium - they're no friends of ours.

The thing about Kenwright is that he knows where all the bodies are buried. He could make a lot of trouble for this football club if he isn't boxed off. Kenwright has wielded soft power for a long time. If it takes meeting his valuation for his shares by either Moshiri or MSP then that's what they need to do.

Pay him out and let's start with a clean sheet. I can see this transfer window disappearing down the toilet if we dont get a new chairman and board in soon.

48 hours these clowns promised us, with the implication we'd have a resolution. If Moshiri and this investment group aren't capable of recognising reality then we may as well have taken the drop last season.

“Paying out” Kenwright doesn’t remove him as chairman. Also MSP can’t pay anyone out while they currently have no involvement in the club whatsoever, much less a controlling stake. The onus is on Moshiri and Moshiri alone to get rid of Kenwright.

The effort to expel kenwright feels like endless and exasperating like when we search for a new manager every season or so, no honest transparent communication just as the manager hiring process too such abundant ineptitude , mosh and kenwright out now

It's an interesting point this. I'm surprised the PL/FA are not knocking on the door asking what the hell is going on at the moment and if this drags out much longer I reckon there is a good chance they probably will do. Also I wondered if some of these groups that keep writing these 'open letters' to Moshiri to no avail would be better writing to the PL/FA and asking for some help/intervention.

That's a good point too, maybe these groups who I fully support of course, could be doing this, it's snother legal line of attack, which would bring much needed publicity if nothing else.

They are keeping a watching brief at least I would imagine. There has to be some repercussions if the club can't even put a board of directors together.

They're in the business of acquiring a minority stake on the club. If Moshiri wont pay Kenwright what Kenwright, apparently, said he was promised by Moshiri for his shares then it should fall to MSP to cut through this Gordian knot...that's if they really want to get involved in the club.

It's £8M and MSP are supposed to be a billion-dollar organisation with billionaires on board.

If they want shut of Kenwright to restart the club then that's small change to them.
Where is this that Moshiiri won't pay Kenwright what he wants for his shares ?

Guesswork from our lovable media ?

I've not seen anything reputable, and I don't think that is the reason for this impasse.

BTW this has nothing to do with Kenwright being kept on , the owner can sack him at any time.

He’s absolutely desperate to make this MSP’s fault rather than Moshiri’s for some unknown reason.
To me This is Dave's baseline where he just concocts narratives out of nowhere to serve some internal bizzare agenda , he distrusts American investors so immediately in his conspiracy addled brain he creates a tale that they aren't taking the necessary efforts to supplant kenwright when it's obviously Moshiri's mismanagement once again

He had it in for Moshiri from day 1 too, but now the general consensus has turned against him he seems to be stealthily shifting over to the other side. His WUM game isn’t what it used to be.
