I get people are annoyed, and of course we do things in the most side show way possible, but he fact is he's gone. Just formalities being ironed out.

I get also that people think it's distracting from the recruitment we need in summer but I guarantee you we announce a new signing on the 1st of July because the recruitment side of things will be running regardless.

There are no guarantees at Everton with recruitment. And there is no reason to wait to July, the window is already open.

Everton are inept at recruitment but this circus is making the job ten times harder. The recruitment team need help, not for the job to be made even more difficult by the lack of direction at the top of the club.

The new investors will want to buy out anyone they feel isn't on their side.

They will likely have a lot of differences to Kenwright in terms of the vision for the club, so rather than keep Kenwright's influence around, completely buy him out, have him step down as chairman, and he has no legal say to any of the goings on at the club.

Him owning shares and being on the board has zero connection.

Kick him out, he can look at his shares at home.

We have NO board or directors by the way. It’s been 10 days since they all left. Are we the only club in the world that still thinks you can just have a month off work at the end of the season?

Why would he have any influence just because he owns 1.3% of the club?
Just remove him from office and let him become one of the other shareholders the ones he was not willing to talk to as chairman.
I dont know if his number of shares entitles him free match tickets but if not maybe he can put his name down on the season ticket waiting list which is currently about 4 to 5 years long.

I agree, but Moshiri probably gets a second bite of the cherry if he replaces the whole senior executive level at the club. He should have done this a while ago but it is what it is.

It's either Kenwright is removed or there is no MSP investment....Moshiri's only thought at the minute is getting the stadium done and he can't do it without them investing so when it actually comes to the crunch Kenwright will be gone.

No sorry my point was when fan buyouts were being discussed. His role as chairman isn't affected by his share ownership, and the amount of shares that would be owned by fans wouldn't be significant enough to affect change if the majority shareholder didn't want it. It would just line his pocket

Disgraceful way to run a football club, surprised the authorities haven't investigated us, they should be doing. Moshiri needs to sell up asap. And the other clown Kenwight is responsible as well all's that tit is interested in is getting his money from his shares, as if he hasn't earned enough from the club he proffered to love.
