Bill Kenwright

Why are you trying to act like Kenwright left when Moshiri took over? He has been here as chairman throughout the entire time Moshiri has been here. Of course Moshiri should’ve fired him into the sea on day 1, then you’d probably be within your rights to absolve him of any blame for anything that’s gone on in the last 7 years. Kenwright has overseen and contributed heavily to the bin fire of the last 7 years.

I’m not. I’m saying the buck stops with Moshiri for any and all decisions made. And there’s been some pretty, pretty, bad ones. Let’s be frank.

What is Kenwright’s shareholding? 1%?

The problem I have with this is the change in perspective at Everton. Everton were once a behemoth of a club, during those times only trophies would do.

Its seems to me good times now equate to a bit of a cup run and top 7. When did that happen?

Good times now equate to not being in a relegation battle every year.

Thank you, both are equally to blame and complicit. If it wasn't Moshiri, we would have had to have waited for the next fool to invest and keep the chairman in position.

It does stop with him. but who sold the club to the utter simpleton in the first place? Who surched high and low for the "perfect owner" while issuing dire warnings of doom and telling us to "be careful what you wish for" while hinting at Portsmouth and the like as not being them was an acceptable level of success. Who held the club back for years and years only to sell us to a utter buffon just because he was prepared to keep Kenwright wnd his creatures around?

1% or not. He had far more power then his fanboys like to pretend. How many times did it come out when a new player or manager joined the club that they'd spoken to "Chariman Bill" and what a great guy he was. He was always on the scene when something positive seemed to happen or even if there was the possibility of something positive happening desperately trying to claim credit or bask in the limelight. Like the time he grabbed some cup our youth team had won during a HT thing at Goodison and hoisted the bloody thing aloft before the kids even had the chance to do it ffs! Yet the opposite was always true during the endless cycle of bad times we've had to endure when he'd go into hiding and pretend to be a helpless bystander horrified yet helpless to do anything.

That's a Kenwright attitude if ever there was one. Pretending that mere existence itself and perpetual mid-table mediocrity is a substitute for success just because "things could be worse!".......

both as bad as each other

Kenwright died with his legacy being nothing but failure and will go down as the worst owner in our history,

Moshiri who is also a part of that, but will AT LEAST go out with the stadium behind him, his money made it possible, not billy liars.

That post puts a criminal, Moshiri on a pedestal, compared to a man who gave his heart and soul for the club. Disgraceful.
