What a lot of people don't get about keepers, is that sometimes you need more than would appear obvious. Why? Well, try holding a decent training session when you've only got one senior keeper (or none at all) because the others are on international duty.

I live on the edge oe Chorley / Bolton, I go watching Bolton now and again, and enjoy kee;ing up with Chorley, Athy Colls, Charnock & other NL football.

My son's mate also plays for Fleetwood in Crellin's age group and I know a some coaches at these above teams

I assume this is a deal that got done because he wants to be here and ticks a homegrown box if he is indeed a bust. We have a lot of homegrowns right now, but a lot of them are either out of contract in the summer or players we actively want to move on from.
