Like this. Maybe the Nobel committee is going senile, and Obama's award for not being GWB was excessively lame, but Dylan's contribution to songwriting is due some accolade.

I'm sure there are other people of the literature who might feel this is an inappropriate inclusion, but seems like songwriting is valid to me.
