First damselfly this year.
Landed on the poorest leaves on the poorest shrub in the garden, but I was able to get quite close with the Venus lens.

Managed to put the fixer in first instead of the developer when developing my film today meaning I’m down 2 rolls of film (one of them quite expensive), an entire set of chemicals and probably 8 hours worth of my life in photography.

depends mate, what are you wanting to do with it, plenty of really good smaller sensor SLRs around, great value, I have a d750 and love it. Need to get out with it more though.
New d750 and a kit lens will rob you of 1.5k, a second hand crop sensor with a lens or two will be a few hundred and produce great shots.
