Well past prime, but still capable of banging when necessary.

He Dosent, We had Marco Antonio Periban turining up to our gym years ago when he was over to fight Degale, only came in to tick over a few days before and one of the lads took him on the pads, he came back a few days on the bounce and the lad ended up cornering him along with Peribans dad, no joke. Hearn put him in a sh**** little hotel, he needed a salt bath to cut weights and end up having to go to my mates in kenny to do it the day before a fight. At the mercy of the promoter aswell, a bad promoter has hand in their pocket over every little thing and wont pay a penny of expenses, some rip them off on a 'tickets sold deal'. The good ones realise these fellas are the life blood of the sport.
It's why despite deserved critisim I don't join in on the hearn hate, whatever their flaws the hearns pay their fighters at every level

I thought MJ was the star of the night and if he can clear a grand a week for his fight on a Saturday it leaves him with a decent wage even after deducting his fines for fighting on Friday night outside Wetherspoons.Journeyman can get 1500 per fight, it often depends on how much notice as they ask for more if it's late notice. Peter Buckley who was a famous journeyman has a good book about it. He had 300 fights which is a record in the UK I think.
MJ Hall who fought tonight fought about 25 times in 2019 so he'll have earned a decent amount. Normally they pay 20/30% out to their manager/trainer so they only keep 70 to 80%.
Sad to hear that, they always paid the lads at our gyms and their taxis and hotels so can only say all the lads I know had positive experiences with them. Never nice to hear someone taking money from a fighter, the games hard enough. He Dosent, We had Marco Antonio Periban turining up to our gym years ago when he was over to fight Degale, only came in to tick over a few days before and one of the lads took him on the pads, he came back a few days on the bounce and the lad ended up cornering him along with Peribans dad, no joke. This is no journeyman we are talking about either at the time he was a Mexican former world title challenger. Hearn didn’t give him the slightest bit of respect, time or pay him well. I know that for a solid fact.
I agree mate but I have eubank on Instagram and that’s enough to know what he’s all about. He wants money and the brook fight will earn him more money than charlo or Andrade. All well having timing and power against someone like Williams who is British level at best. Brook is past it but levels and mean levels above Eubank Junior. Why isn’t Junior calling out Charlo or Andrade? He’s a famous name due to his ald man but no better then Jake Paul,
I can't believe that was on tv.This fight being the chief support is embarrassing for Sky/Boxxer
Eddie Hearn must be laughing his head off at that. Hopefully main makes up for it.I can't believe that was on tv.
Standard was really low to say the least.
The last Scottish HW title fight was probably half as bad as that one so they binned it off.How come there hasn’t been a Scottish heavyweight in over 70 years for those more in the know than me? Surely Scotland has had enough heavyweights in that time for somebody to hold the title?
Can you actually think of a Scottish Heavyweight? The last Scottish HW title fight was probably half as bad as that one so they binned it off.
I imagine the next one will be around 2522.
