Not even a world title at stake and its ppv, ffs, i'm away that evening so i'l just catch it the following week on ringside. I'l probably pay for the Pacquiao fight that night cos in them early hours I couldn't be looking at a dodgy stream, but if I was in that night it would be hard to justify paying 40-50 quid for 2 fights.

I hope it flops on ppv.

Fastest selling event ever at the Echo arena. The demands there.

He's been hit and miss since the first fight Bellew. Cleverly will win this IMO.

The demand is there to go and watch the fight live, but for people outside of Liverpool and Wales I don't see this being much of a box office seller, we'l never know, don't think they release the figures in England like they do in the states.

They'll demand the fighters stoke up the heat ahead of this to help with sales, i'v found the small build up already a bit cringey tbh, they were hugging after the first fight, they'll be doing the same after this.

Still in shock that this is ppv, 2 fighters who, when they have stepped up to world level have come up more than well short.

I agree.

The thing is it's hype that sells PPV, not always the fight itself. Both will hype this up based on their 'history'. Also, the fact the last fight was such a good one will be why they think it's box office. They've made a mistake IMO as both fighters need to build their profile.

Probably should have had one more fight each before this one, to build it into something bigger. It's a decent looking bill though - Quigg, DeGale, Joshua, Callum Smith all fighting I think.
