Boxing

Good chin, great stamina for a man his size/weight, good power, pretty fast hands, high ring IQ, very good at mind games in the run up to fights. He’s got a lot of good attributes that make him a problem.
Agreed and getting better since the Klitschko fight where he learned plenty. I thought he was just a big oaf before that, but he's improved with each fight to be a real ring technician now, obviously given the rider that he comes in prepared mentally and physically. I can't say that I like him much as a fella, but when conditioned properly he's a formidable opponent now.

I’d watched most of his fights before Klitschko, and he had the style of a brawler. It was a surprise to me to see him outbox Vlad.

Plus he’s added knock-out power that he didn’t have early on in his career
He always had a decent amount of power and a decent knock out rate earlier in his career, his size/weight helped him there. But I agree that training with Stewart at the Kronk gym has refined his technique and made him a better puncher, his straight 1/2 is a mean combination.

Yeah, very true mate. He adapted his style and did a job on Wlad, albeit that Klitschko was at the very end of his time then.
There was a time when I thought Fury wouldn't see out 3 rounds vs Lewis (a peak Lewis) but as he's progressed in style and versatility, I'd say peak vs peak with Lewis would be a close fight now

Would have been a great fight to see. Prime Fury against Prime Vitali Klitschko would’ve been another one.

Slick? he's about as slick as dry gravy granules. I'd finish him in a round in the ring. He'd turn me into dust if we offered each out in a pub. The only way I beat him without rules is if he came into my house and put mint sauce on a roast I'd cooked all day.
