A lot of pundits feel Katie Taylor was hard done by to lose a point, didn't see anything intentional in any of the clashes. Clashes like that happen when 2 boxers with different styles are both looking forward come at the same time, the cut could easily have happened the other way round

Headbutts will always happen with southpaws fighting an orthodox. She was keeping her defence tight. And Serrano started looking for the headbut point deduction.

Your statement was, quote "I feel he's got a point (Curtis Woodhouse). She's one of the dirtiest fighters ever" unquote.

It's a ridiculous claim no matter if it's you or Woodhouse (or both) that's going with it.
Go back and watch the fight again without the one sided commentary and totally biased interviewing of Serrano's corner during the final rounds. Commentators and their unofficial scorecards sway the viewing public.

Serrano is a warrior but Katie is the better boxer, thought her work was cleaner and landed a lot of quality punches. The scoring in these fights is always open for criticism but I thought it was a very close fight and a draw wouldn't have been unjust.

The commentary was a disgrace, so biased towards Serrano and it does influence opinions when watching at home

Seeing the promoter jumping out of his seat at ringside when Serrano got some shots off didn't help the apparent "bias" of the situation :(.....the commentary on the whole evening was woeful. Lost respect for Roy Jones, and still have no idea (please enlighten me anyone if you do) what Rosie's qualifications for commentating were.....

Rosie Perez is a massive boxing fan to be fair to her. Dreadful commentator though. Roy Jones Jr is my sporting idol, idolised him as a kid and my favourite fighter ever, normally a good commentator but he was dreadful the whole night and only watched the first round of the first fight and the rematch between Taylor and Serrano.

That’s the one. Although I thought it was Rosie O’Donnel at first.

She’s a huge boxing fan. She’s been at many big fights and small show fights in the past. She’s very knowledgeable about the sport and fighters from what I’ve heard her speak on it in the past. Should stick to acting though cos commentary isn’t her thing.

"he's the bigger guy, he's gotta make him pay for that real estate"
"he's doing good work behind that jab, making that real estate count"
"he's using that real estate well, making him suffer to try to get into the pocket"

There's a bit of a pattern with Atlas. If you down a tequila when you notice his hot phrases it's you for the KO first.

oh also... "gotta watch the feet, they're battling for the advantageous outer starting point, that opens that full flank up and can spin away".

Last time I heard him commentate was a long time ago. He used to do ESPN with Tim Bradley and those lower card ESPN fights back in the day. Didn’t mind him.

Don’t mind listening to him break down fights to be honest.

Basically with Sammy the bull, former underboss of Gambinos crime family, turned grass. Used to train with him and few of his fighters sparred with Gravano and was slaying him. Gravano basically called him out calling him a fake tough guy. Not heard a peep about it since. Funny guy. Plus how he was gonna shoot Tyson and so on.
