Eggs are brilliant, versatile, and the bedrock of many styles of good breakfast imho.

What's your favourite way of cooking them? Do you do anything particularly funky with them to change things up?

GOT wants to hear about your egg habits and judge you accordingly.

Ps I'm all I'm on scrambled eggs with mushrooms on toast. Maybe add in a cherry grate of cheese. Breakfast of kings.

I use one of these because I'm basically lazy.

Great thread, I’ve lurked in the shadows during my time on GOT for such a controversial topic to raise its head.

1. Scrambled/fried.
2. Soft boiled
3. Hard boiled
4. Poached

Never raw.

Fried v scrambled depends on a) mood b) what I’m having. If it’s a breakfast sandwich or full English it’s fried for me. Just with toast it’s scrambled. Doing scrambled eggs in a microwave should be outlawed. I’m classing an omelette as a type of scrambled.

I know this is technically a breakfast thread but the versatility of eggs transcends one meal. A fried egg with a runny yolk on your ramen, fried/boiled rice or stir fry is a game changer.
